Buildium’s Build U. Scholarship

Buildium’s Build U. Scholarship is open to college students enrolled in a Product Design, Interaction Design, Engineering, or Computer Science program. Two scholarships are awarded, one in the Spring and one in the Fall.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and currently enrolled in college as a freshman, sophomore, junior or senior. Applicable areas of study can include Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services, Engineering, and Engineering Technologies. To apply, applicants must write an essay of 1,000 words that explains how having a shared set of beliefs is important for building a great company.

All applications must be sent by email. Winners are chosen based on originality and quality of writing. Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited public or private college or university and be in good standing.

The scholarship is sponsored by Buildium Software, Cambridge, Massachusetts, a producer of software for the real estate industry. The company's property management software is now used in 31 countries worldwide.

The deadline for this scholarship is usually in APRIL of each year, and the award amount is usually $2,000.
